There's 2 facts that you need to know about your weight:
1.You've gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods and
2. You CAN get slim by eating the right foods at the right intervals.

There are 3 main types of diets:
1.Low-fat
2.Low-calorie
3.Low-carb

Lowfat diets typically don't work because even though they may indeed be lowfat, they generally have more carbs and sugar. Low calorie diets don't work because when you cut back on calories, your body automatically goes into starvation mode and adjust itself to less calories therefore causing you to lose little or no weight. Low carb diets leave you feeling drained of your energy and feeling deprived of healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables which you cannot have in the beginning of a low carb diet.

When you need weight loss help, this is probably , in my opinion, the most logical for weight loss. it manipulates fat burning hormones so that you are actually eating more than you would with the other 3 diets.

One thing is a fact----Food in NOT your enemy.
